What Is The Treatment For Numbness In The Toes?

i have numbness on both my toes next to my big toes with a speckled rash going down my toes and slightly on to my foot i have had this since i had to wear tight shoes to a all day wedding two years ago the numbness has not moved on to my ohter toes but are still really numb
