What Is The Treatment For Ovarian Cyst?

I am interested in taking Shatavari to assist in conceiving. I am 34 and have recurring cysts in one ovary for which I was prescribed birth control pills. I have stopped taking the pills, because the cysts subsided (temporarily) and because I want to conceive. Can you advise whether Shatavari may help me, I am concerned it might bring the cysts back.
