What Is The Treatment For Ovarian Follicular Cyst?

Hi i discover i had follicular on y ovary late 2007 and the Doctor prescribe me Duphastone for 3 months , after 6 months i had ultrasound and its clear then after a year i was uncomportable i go to the Doctor and he order for another ultrasound and they found out my follicular still there so he gave my progyluton for 3 months ,those medication was prescibe by different Doctor , wating to ask why he not gave me the same medication why progyluton ?why not Duphaston?and how long will i take progyluton to cure my ovarian follicullar cyst? and what diet should i eat ?thanks for the attention and reading my problem ,God Bless !
