hi i have been experiancing a pins n needles numbness an pain in my left arm 4 a couple of days i have been the docs about this feeling b4 last oct they said it was a traped nerve an gave me voltarol gel an codiene i went yesturday an my gp advised me 2 stop using my evra contraception patch but i dont understand an am still getting this feling an am worried about it
