My scrutom is pain sometimes, also I have pain, when I sleep. It seems big scrotum , Water in scrotum. How to solve, please?

Its probably hernia or hydrocele which increases on standing and decreases on sleeping.
Visit your nearest surgeon and get it operated before it gets complicated or obstructed.
