What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Arm And Chest?

Hello, I had the misfortune to attend our A& E three weeks ago with a feeling of toothache in my left arm and chest. I was assessed for 12 hours and then discharged with a diagnosis of muschoskeletal chest.pain. I often have difficulty getting off to sleep or wake with the same pain. I have had blood tests and chest xrays and a few ECG's. Could you advise on what I could do to minimise the pain. I have already taken Diclophenic but they did not suit me.
