What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Calf?

Hello, about one month ago I hurt my, and was using cruthes for about weeks and since have sor cast off just ace bandage. I recently noticed a dipple on the right side of my calf. I do not know if it was present befor injury.Do you know what may cause this?
