Hi I had contacts in, I removed them because of irritation when I took them out my eye are very sensitive to the the light and I noticed a white or gray spot on my eye. What could it be? how to get rid of the spot and the pain? Should I go to the hosital?
It seems from the history that you are having irritation and sensitivity of the eyes with a gray spot on the eyes following the use of contact lenses. These symptoms indicate contact lens related infections of the eye. The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops and anti-inflammatory drugs. If cornea is involved in these infections, it requires treatment under supervision of the ophthalmologist. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
