What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Head And Neck?

MY BP 135/96 any precautions to take, is it serious to peep into. my age is 36, weight 83.5kg, height 5'11"

i observe slight pain like feeling at the back of my head to neck.

recently for one week or so my bed timings are late (after 2.00 night) is this the problem may be.

please help
