What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen?

hello! i have very bad pain in my lower right abdomen. It feels like someone is constantly punching me. I have a 99.8 fever. I went to the ER last night because the pain was so bad. The doctor looked at me and said i was fine. If it was appendicitis I would be throwing up right? what else could this be?
