What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Toe?

my pinky toe got caught under my door when i closed it and when i pulled it out i got this excruciating pain.. its been about 4 hours since then and its bruised on the inside and on the bottom. when i walk i limp..i cant wear my shoe and its swollen. also when i walk i have to walk on my heel or the side of y foot.. it hurts to move it. is it broken or sprained
