What Is The Treatment For Painful Red Bump In The Vagina?

I have a painful red bump between my vagina and anus, it is located towards the right butt cheek (on the crease).. I read that it could be an inflamed gland but it looks like a blister to me, no white head but thin mailable skin like a blister on your foot.. Should I try and pop it or should I put antibiotic and a bandage on it? Please help
