What Is The Treatment For Paralytic Attack?

Doctor, My father got attack of half left side body on 19 May 2009 at 0500 PM got treatment but not get well now facing problem for movement of left hand and left feet, due to this attack patient unable to talk properly half his spoken we understand and half not, after every ten minute he is pressurized of passing urine but hardly he passed 5 to 10 drop. Please tell us how to control his urine and movement of left arm and left feet can be easily used properly he can't sit and stand him self. Please suggest the best medicine to cure him.
