What Is The Treatment For Pelvic Pain?

2006 i had 4 cancer cells and 3 pre cancer cells in my cervix, these were frozen off, i had numerous pain before i went in to find out about this, 2009 my pap came back good, nothing to worry about now within the last couple of months since about august i have had pain again on my left side in my pelvic area, also notice much cramping almost unbearable at times while on my period, also i have leg pain at night when i am sleeping and at times my the back of my neck feels as though it can not hold my head up, i have ibs as well, but this past week all my stools have been green, i do not take vitiamins and i have not consumed anything that would make my stool this color, any possible ideas
