What Is The Treatment For Pilonidial Sinus?

My son who is 22 years old had a boil on his cleft of his buttocks..the allopathic doctor diagonised it as Pilonidial sinus..gave him anibiotics and the boil is now completely dried up..has advised surgery.Now I want to know if this condition can be treated in ayurveda way?
