What Is The Treatment For Pimple Like Bumps Seen After Waxing?

today i did waxing on both of my hands and now i got lots of pimple like structures in my hand...i applied calamine lotion but still it is same....what to do with it?i already have noticed some small spots..where the hair starts grow in my hand what could be the reasons?it is appearing as goosebums in my hand and now when i did waxing it become worst...but these goosebum like structure and pimples that appeared now are on the part where the hand is exposed to sunlight..pls help
