What Is The Treatment For Pimples And Its Marks?

i applied most of the treatments available in the market for pimples on my face.But no solution for the problem and some of pimple affected area of my face getting a small ditch and it became a permanent mark.Could you please give some idea for the above mentioned problem Doctor?

Thank you for query.Acne depend on hormonal effects, sebaceous gland secretion etc.It gradually reduces with age usually in both severity and appearance.So only good control can be achieved by regular face wash with cleanser,topical keratolytics like retinoic acid creams and antibiotics like clindamycin, if necessary oral antibiotics.treat if any dandruff with ketoconazole shampoos. treatment varies with the grading of acne.treatment of scars due to acne also depends on size depth etc.There are different modalities of treatment like subcision, Laser, derma abrasion etc. so consult dermatologist for proper treatment or if does not respond .else you can get back to us with photos.
