Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face which occurs when skin pores becomes clogged and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected.Need not to worry. I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Continue with your medication. Cover skin with cloth when exposure to sun. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective anti acne medicines. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day.
