What Is The Treatment For Pink Color Blister On Foot Caused Due To Grease Popping Out Of The Pan?

I burned the top part of my foot almost a week ago due to grease popping out of the pan. The blister is about the size of a silver dollar. It s a pinkish red color and it has slightly raised edges. What does this mean? Is it healing normally or is it possible infected?

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your description, the blister seems to be healing normally. It will eventually dry and fall off. Keep the area dry and apply an antibiotic cream like 2% mupirocin twice a day. In case you notice pus discharge, pain, redness spreading around the blister or swelling, it indicates an infection and requires oral antibiotics.
Take care.
