What Is The Treatment For Pink Color Discharge?

My period isn t due until the 27th and it s never late or early. It s always right on time. I ve been spotting watery pink on and off for 3 days now. I ve had some cramping too but not to bad. My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex because we are trying to conceive. I had my IUD taken out July 11th and we have had sex everyday since. What could this mean? And should I set up an appointment with my doctor? Or is this something not to worry about? Thank you.
