Hi thanks for contacting HCM... You have given antibiotic as well as bronchodilator drugs.... You can have pneumonia as you have mentioned.... Respiratory examination might done at that time and creps heard if pneumonia.... Pleury in pneumonia can lead severe chest pain .... It will take some time for resolution... If still no much benefit after antibiotic and bronchodilator use then investigate further with pulmonary function test by spirometry and CT scan if needed..... Avoid respi irritants like smoking and pollutants..... Oregano herbs useful for soothing respi tract by decreasing histamin.... Keeping these in mind consult pulmologist...
