What Is The Treatment For Polio Attack?

i am a 40 years govt. officer. my both legs are polio affected. my left leg does not support the weight of my body as the left knee goes forward . all the weight of the body is supported by the right leg though it is apparently much weeker and thin than the left leg. i want a treatment that could make it possible that my left knee does not come forwad and could supprt the weight of my body. Please suggest.
