Hello,

What blood circulation problems you have?

Few side effects of catarrh;
1. constant need to clear your throat.
2. feeling that your throat is blocked. A blocked or stuffy nose that you can't clear and runny nose.
3. feeling of mucus running down the back of your throat.
4. persistent cough.
5. headache or facial pain.
6. reduced sense of smell and taste.
7. crackling sensation in your ear and some temporary hearing loss.

It may not cause blood circulation problems.

Treatment of catarrh:
1. avoiding things that trigger your symptoms, such as allergens or smoky places.
2. taking sips of water when you feel the need to clear your throat – constantly clearing your throat may make things worse.
3. using a saline nasal rinse several times a day.
4. avoiding warm, dry atmospheres, such as places with air conditioning and car heating systems.
5. decongestants or mucolytics are useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
