What Is The Treatment For Posterior Disc Protrusion?

My MRI shows a small posterior central C3-C4 disc annulus protusion, and broad based posterior C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7 disc annulus protustions larger in the posterior right position at all three levels. I am 43 years old and was experiencing severe arm pain since Feb however phisiotheraphy help but my index finger is still numb and I am experiencing pain in the back of my neck and slight headache at the back of my head.
