when i masterbuate i ejjaculate in 30-45 SECONDS I am starting masterbuate from tha age of 12-13th now i am 30 year old. now i am really afraid for sex because when i start sex i ejaculate quickly also not any hardness in my pennis plz tell me any treatment.
