hi doctor,i am 21 years old.i looked lot of hot tubes.then i got problem.my problem is that my semen are not fit.my semen look thin and not white.whenever i think about sex in my mind semen out from my pennis.they look like water.can u tell me good medicine without any side affect.

Premature ejaculation is not the pathological condition that can be treated but this is the functional condition, over excitement would be the main reason behind this and to get rid of this situation you need to be cool and clamp at the time of coitus, take care.
