What Is The Treatment For Premature Ejaculation?

Hello Doctor,

I am 25 years old, i used to masturbate from my 15 age. Sometime my penis size is reduced very small, but there is no problem in erection and while masturbate i feel premature ejaculation. What might be the problem? Is there any way to increase my penis size?

There are two type of treatmnt
1. Psychological that incude stop and start tequniqes and other major to control daily stress
2. Pharmacological treatment that include medicines that deleyed ur ejaculations for ex like dapoxetine , low dose of clomipramine etc
but psychological councelling and proper sex education is the best way to control early ejaculation
