Hello Sir,
i have a serious problem of ejaculation.i am recently married and my wife is not satisfied with my performance at bed, the problem is my ejaculation i am not able to control it and i eject my semen very quickly. kindly i request you to help me out in this situation

In treatment of premature ejaculation, cause of the problem is treated after examination and investigation. The cause can be psychological (common in young people) and medical (common in old age group) in origin.

In general following steps will you:
-Do not take any stress during act.
-Use behaviour intervention like stop-start technique.
-SSRI medicines: under psychiatrist supervision.
-Trying different position during act will also help you.
