What Is The Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate?

While I play football (soccer) I was warming up, I felt fine but then when I finished warming up ready to play a friendly match my heart rate went up. Then when the match starts 5 minutes into the game i feel like out of breath or tired. So I asked to sit off, then both my arms starts feeling a bit numb. I am 15 years old and i live in Thailand

Hi, thank you for asking healthcare magic.
It is normal for the heart rate to increase during strenuous physical activity. I think the problem here is that you have not been training regularly. When you train regularly, your body gets used to such conditions. I would advise you to train more often.
