What Is The Treatment For Red And Itchy Thighs?

I have red, burning skin in my inner thigh. I evidently shaved too much or to hard. What can I put on it to relieve the pain and clear it up??? My boyfriend will be home after 7 wks, and I would like to at least ease the pain & redness, so it doesn t cause a problem when we get together.

You must dry the areas
Remove the sweating
Apply clotrimazole dusting powder regularly
You may take antifungal drugs
