What Is The Treatment For Red Pimples On Skin After Taking Allegra For Urticaria?

Hello Doctors, From past 1 month i am having this skin urticaria but not too intense but a mild skin rashes on both hands. My skin specialist started treating me initailly with Allegra 180 one dose per day and to find root cause suggested for ENT, Gastro checkup. I have done ENT and found no valid symptoms for rashes. I have done my endoscopy and see that am positive for H. Pyloria(Skin specialist suspect this may be reason). I am taking 10 day medication of HP kit (8 day presently) and i have stopped taking allegra after slowing down dosage. I see still small red pimples on my skin now. I doubt whether HP medication will help. My previous medical history is i faced Ear infection and have a hole in one ear, attacked by shingles in Januarary, and i remeber attacked by Scabie(initial stage) when i was in hostel that is 8 years back. I have done lot of Blood checks and see normal for BP, Diabetis, Liver fluid test but have Vitamin D deficiency (to little Extent). Can you suggest how to move forward for my problem.
