What Is The Treatment For Red Spots On The Hip , Buttock And Abdomen?

Hi, I am 35 years old, female. About 2 weeks ago I noticed red spots around my hips, buttocks and at the side of my abdomen, some are bigger and of a darker red than the others, not itchy. I noticed that in 2 of them the skin is dry. Seems like I will have more because I have pink areas. I was taking biotin and probiotics, i stopped taking biotin but seems like they are not improving. My husband doesn t have any. Hope you can help me.
