What Is The Treatment For Reddish Swollen Feet?

a few weeks ago the sole of my feet started to tingle and were red and sollen. Now they are peeling and so are the palms of my hands. my doctor has tested my blood for everything under the sun all negiative. Do you think I should see a dermatologist or some other type of doctor?
