What Is The Treatment For Residual Fibrosis In Both Lungs?

hello sir my xray results says residual fibrosis in both lungs,but i have no disease of tb before and my x ray result for the past two years is normal how did my x ray results like that,it will impede my dream to work in saudi as a nurse,pls help me,thnkyou.

Thanks for your question on HCM. Lung fibrosis can be due to
1. Old TB
2. Old Pneumonia
3. Old blunt trauma to chest.
Fibrosis is a result of healing and it can be due to any of the above.
For your visa query I will suggest you to consult pulmonologist and get done bronchoscopy and BAL analysis. If this is negative than you are not suffering from any disease like TB or pneumonia at present and the lesion is inactive. So you are not infectious. So by bronchoscopy and BAL is needed for you.
