What Is The Treatment For Rib Cage Fracture?

slipped over a week ago and heard a nice crunch from my ribs. went to a&e and diagnosed probable cracked rib. have been taking over the counter analgeisics but not really doing any good and as im a manual worker im really struggling to get enough sleep and drive and lift heavy weights. any advice?
