What Is The Treatment For Rib Cage Pain?

Hi. I can feel things moving around inside me and have done for the last 20 months or so. I have taken medicine and herbs and they are still there. I feel something big gripping under my right rib cage. I also feel at times there is soomething swimming around in there. My family doctor didn't believe me when I took parasites into him in a Ziploc bag. I had a stool test and it came back negative. I don't trust those tests. Is there a Doctor that understands parasites, bacteria and viruses and just won't dismiss what I know is inside me?
