my MRI impression is as under;
moderate sized broad based postero-central and right paracentral disc protrusion at L5-S1 level.Right lateral recess stenosis at this level wiyh compression of the traversing right S1 NERVE ROOT.
KINDLY ADVICE THE COURSE OF TREATMENT WITH AND WITH OUT SURGERY
