What Is The Treatment For Ruptured Ovarian Cyst And Vaginosis?

Hello. My wife has a distended stomach, bad cramping in the left side with tenderness. She is unable to urinate much more than a trickle but has a great urge too. She is also leaking a clear, thin, odorless fluid from her vagina. She has been too the ER twice, first visit 2 weeks ago resulting in a ruptured ovarian cyst. We returned 1 week ago because she was still distended with pain and tenderness on the left side and leaking fluid. They gave her diagnosis of vaginosis and a round of antibiotics. Complications are only getting worse and she is too stubborn to return. Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
