Psychiatrist 's  Response

Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are quite distressed about your problems. From the description of your symptoms it is likely that you are suffering from depression.

Now, the first step in management is to have a detailed psychological assessment in order to confirm your diagnosis and plan further treatment. Effective treatment is available in the form of medication and psychological therapy/ So, I would advise you to see a psychiatrist in your place for a detailed evaluation and further treatment.

Wish you all the best.

Regards,
