What Is The Treatment For Scabs On The Penis Head?

Hey doctor. I have three scabs in the bottom of my penis towards the head all next to each other and one on the left side. They don t look like thry have raised edges but they won t heal and I m not sure what they are from. I ve been having sex with one girl but we got in a fight and I had sex with another.. anal sex and a couple weeks later the showed up. Please help.

It can be due to unprotected sex. Take test for Human Papilloma Virus. Consult a doctor and take respective antiviral drugs.
