What Is The Treatment For Scars On The Forehead?

I have 2 scars from stitches on my forehead about 14 yrs. Old and I would love to find out (if possible the fastest) and the best way to remove or even fade them. Also if possible no surgery reccomendations either please (unless theres no other way at all). Please help??

There are a couple of treatments that dermatologists recommend, including steroid injections into the scars, topical steroids, or topical Mederma which is an over-the-counter product that helps scars fade over time.
