What Is The Treatment For Seborrheic Dermatitis Of The Scrotal Skin?
My son aged 15 yrs old has been suffering from seborrheic dermatitis of the scrotal skin for a few weeks and underwent local steroid and antifungal mixed cream and oral antihistamins. But it does not improving. So what can be done next? Please help me and make me grateful.

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
Consider adding Tacrolimus 0.03% ointment to the other treatment you are taking.
I would also suggest short course of antifungal drugs like fluconazole etc .
For best possible guidance, I would suggest you to post some
