Hello,

Sometimes, sharp tooth edges may cause abrasion and lead to lesions on the cheek mucosa. Tooth attrition and deposition of debris at root may chip off some times may present like this. Don't worry use salt water gargling thrice a day or two days. use zincovit once a day for five days. If no improvement please consult your ENT specialist / orapathologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
