What Is The Treatment For Septated Cyst With Internal Echoes?

im 11 weeks pregnant. im 25 years old. my recent usg says "septated cyst with internal echoes easuring 64x35 mm is seen in the right adnexal region". CRL is 37 mm, UB wall is regular and smooth. No intra vesical lesion is seen. Pl suugest what i can do now?

This can be due to ectopic pregnancy so be very careful about this condition , serum b -hcg levels will have to be done.
