General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.The reason of severe abdominal pain after taking tablets can be due to GI disturbance.
I would advise the following :
*Soft bland diet without oil and spices.
*Ranitidine 150 twice daily.
*Domperidone thrice daily.
*Antacid gel 3 tea-spoon-full every 3 hours, the first dose on getting up.
If you do not get relief within 1 week - go for upper GI Endoscopy and a consultation with Gastroenterologist.
