What Is The Treatment For Severe Back Pain?

I am form Bangladesh,I am suffering low back pain from 31st January to still now.
My MRI Re-pot IMpression is:: Degenerative disc disease
Thecal sac indentation with neural foraminal narrowing at L4-5 level due to disc herniation,opteophytosis and facet hypertrophy at the same level as stated above.
Thecal sac indentation with neural foraminal narrowing at L5-S1 level view to osteophytosis with abutting disc at the same level as stated above.

Now i taking this type of Medicine by My doctor Associate professor
Physical Medicine & Rehab
1) Dexibuprofen 300mg (1+1+1)
2) Esomeprazole INN (1+0+1)
3) Eperisone Hydrochloride 50 mg (1+0+1)
04)Bromazepam 3mg (0+0+1)
I taking this medicine last 15 days.
When i take medicine, I fill quite OK. But without medicine I fell serious law bac kpain
