What Is The Treatment For Severe Bleeding During Menstruation?

My daughter just started here menstraul five months ago. She is twelve and has had a period every month. But since the middle of March see has bleeding nonstop, so its been constant for three weeks now. Is this normal? She is very healthy and weighs 102lbs.
