What Is The Treatment For Severe Eye Pain?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have severe pain in one of my eyes and under it. I had a stomach bug a couple of days ago and vomited. I think I may have popped a blood vessel or something...Could I have damaged something in my sinuses....

eye need complete examination. fundus, refraction, measurement ofIOT. stomach pain, sinusproblemare not related to eye pain. any problem detected in examination should be treated. it appears some diagnosis can be made for pain in eye.
