What Is The Treatment For Severe Headache?

Hello, 3 nights ago I started to have one of the worst headaches I have experienced in a long time. My sinuses were causing me pain and there was a lot of pressure near and in my ear and in my eyes, and my teeth were aching in a way that made it feel like they were trying to expand from inside. I tried taking Advil and then a Claritin to releive some of the pain, but it barely helped. I later woke up that night to extreme pain of similar symptoms. The next day I started to have the pressure in my head and jaw area and the upper row of teeth on my right side, so I tried Excedrin, which quelled my symptoms, but would fade like clockwork 4 hours after each dose. I regularly use a saline solution to rinse my nose, and it sometimes helps a little bit, but not much. This morning I woke up to my nasal passages feeling dry and my right cheek being extremely swollen and have been having the head pressure on and off all day today. What would be the best steps to take to remedy this and does this sound more like a sinus/ doctor problem or a dental problem?
