What Is The Treatment For Severe Joint Pain?

i just would like to ask since last Jan. 7-14 I had german measles... until now I am experiencing pains in my joints especially in my soles and ankles., also in my elbows and near my wrists...just would like to ask if this is just an after effect of the measles of that there might be something wrong?
